about the flats floor plans features location team happenings

Corridor Flats are near the corner of East Lake Street and Hiawatha in a flourishing neighborhood. With the renovation of the anchor YWCA, renovation of the Hi-Lake Shopping Center, more people are taking notice and making it their place to live, work, exercise and shop.

The Midtown/Lake Street Light Rail station puts this area on the map. It’s no longer impossible to think about living without a car. You can ride the rail downtown, to the airport or Mall of America.

Grocery stores abound. An Aldi is right below you on first floor for the essentials. For bigger trips, a Rainbow and Cub are a few blocks away. A pharmacy is also in walking distance. As the neighborhood grows, new retailers and services are springing up everywhere, many within walking distance.

Got great restaurants? Ethnic and traditional restaurant line Lake Street and the side streets where it's easy to grab lunch or dinner almost any time of day and at reasonable prices. Need a quick bite? Little Ceasars Pizza is your new neighbor. Have tickets to a concert or a Wild Game? You are about a mile from I-94 and 15 minutes from your seat at Xcel. More time? More fun!

Entertainment is easy. Take salsa dancing lessons down the street. Or join a yoga or Pilates class at the Y. On Saturday, hit an authentic Mexican restaurant for lunch and bike around the Chain of Lakes on the Greenway. Grab deli food downstairs and eat with pals at home. Then take the light rail to night spots downtown. Life is good.
